FAQ/Order Info

ORDERS AND PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
  • If you have questions or need assistance in placing an order, please contact us.

SHIPPING

  • Thrash Flow ships Worldwide.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority, First Class, Media Mail and First Class International or Priority International.
  • Shipping time is different from processing time.  All packages are shipped from Pennsylvania and estimated delivery depends on where you are located.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • Many Thrash Flow releases are limited quantities.  If a release is considered to be limited, the item description will specify this along with the quantity pressed.  If an item is limited, it is not something that will be restocked. 

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final.  However, if the item received is different from what was originally ordered, please contact us so we can arrange to get you the correct item.

SECURITY POLICY

  • Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL (secure server software) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address. 

WHOLESALE ORDERING

MUSIC SUBMISSIONS

  • Thank you for your interest in being on the Thrash Flow team.  We do take music submissions, but not by digital files or links.
  • If you would like us to listen to your music, please send a CD or TAPE to: Thrash Flow | PO Box 135 | Millheim, PA 16854.
